Angie Garcia lives in Athens, GA with her two rescued dogs, Dakota and Calvin. Dakota is a dobie/shepherd mix rescued in 1998 & Calvin is a pit bull mix rescued in 2004. Dakota is currently undergoing chemotherapy for hemangiosarcoma, diagnosed June 2011.

Angie has been involved with Athens Canine Rescue since January 2003 as a foster and a board member. She has also volunteered for the Athenspets site.
